On 26 October 2018, the company Gorenje, d. d., received the resolution of the court register, Celje, No. Srg 2018/42349, dated on 26 October 2018, about the entry of resolutions regarding the transfer of GRVG Shares of remaining shareholders to the main shareholder Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding S.á r.l., and delisting of GRVG shares into court register.
