ORLEN SA (40/2025) Uchylenie postanowienia o odrzuceniu apelacji w sprawie o ustalenie nieistnienia uchwały NWZ PGNiG S.A.

ORLEN S.A. ("Spółka") informuje, że Sąd Apelacyjny w Łodzi - I Wydział Cywilny uchylił wcześniej wydane postanowienie o odrzuceniu apelacji od wyroku w sprawie o ustalenie nieistnienia uchwały nr 3/2022 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia PGNiG S.A. z dnia 10 października 2022 roku w sprawie połączenia Spółki z PGNiG S.A. oraz zgody na proponowane zmiany Statutu ORLEN ("Uchwała").
