Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), zgodnie z § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 roku:

Raporty okresowe za rok 2025:

- Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025 - 19 marca 2026 roku

Raporty okresowe za rok 2026:

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 - 28 maja 2026 roku

- Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 - 2 września 2026 roku

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 - 24 listopada 2026 roku

Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2025 roku oraz za II kwartał 2026 roku.

Ponadto, zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego.

Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2026

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering -

current and periodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in

Warsaw (the "Company"), pursuant to § 84 item 1 of the Finance

Minister's regulation of 6 June 2025 regarding publication of current

and periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under which

reports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalent

to same (the "Regulation") hereby announces the dates of publication of

periodic reports in 2026:

Periodic reports for 2025:

- Separate and consolidated annual reports for 2025 - 19 March 2026

Periodic reports for 2026:

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026 - 28 May 2026

- Consolidated semiannual report for H1 2026 - 2 September 2026

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026 - 24 November 2026

The Management Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to §

83 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly

reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026.

Furthermore, the Company announces that in accordance with § 63 items 1

and 3 of the aforementioned Regulation, the consolidated quarterly and

semiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly and

semiannual separate financial reports respectively.Accordingly, the

Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate

semiannual report.
