ELKOP ESTONIA SE (1/2026) Zmiana harmonogramu przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2025/2026. (Change in the schedule for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2025/2026)

Zarząd ELKOP ESTONIA SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie, w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 11/2025 z dnia 10 listopada 2025 r. w sprawie harmonogramu przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2025/2026 oraz raportu bieżącego nr 14/2025 z dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r. w sprawie rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki, niniejszym informuje o zmianie harmonogramu publikacji raportów okresowych.

W dniu 31 grudnia 2025 r. właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych Äriregister dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki, zgodnie z którymi rok obrotowy Spółki rozpoczyna się dnia 1 grudnia i kończy dnia 30 listopada.

W konsekwencji bieżący rok obrotowy Spółki, rozpoczęty w dniu 1 lipca 2025 r., został wydłużony i zakończy się w dniu 30 listopada 2026 r.

W związku z powyższym Zarząd Emitenta dokonuje zmiany harmonogramu przekazywania raportów okresowych za bieżący rok obrotowy.

Terminy publikacji raportów okresowych, które zostały już zrealizowane, pozostają bez zmian:

- jednostkowy raport za pierwsze 3 miesiące roku obrotowego 2025/2026 - opublikowany w dniu 28.11.2025 r.,

- jednostkowy raport za pierwsze półrocze roku obrotowego 2025/2026 - opublikowany w dniu 20.02.2026 r.,

- jednostkowy raport za pierwsze 9 miesięcy roku obrotowego 2025/2026 - opublikowany w dniu 29.04.2026 r.

Pozostałe raporty okresowe za bieżący rok obrotowy zostaną opublikowane w następujących terminach:

1. Jednostkowy raport za pierwsze 12 miesięcy roku obrotowego, obejmujący okres od 01.07.2025 r. do 30.06.2026 r. - w dniu 17.08.2026 r.

2. Jednostkowy raport za pierwsze 15 miesięcy roku obrotowego, obejmujący okres od 01.07.2025 r. do 30.09.2026 r. - w dniu 16.11.2026 r.

3. Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok obrotowy trwający od 01.07.2025 r. do 30.11.2026 r. - w dniu 30.03.2027 r.

Tym samym wskazany w raporcie bieżącym nr 11/2025 termin publikacji jednostkowego raportu rocznego na dzień 30.09.2026 r. przestaje obowiązywać.

Jednocześnie Zarząd ELKOP ESTONIA SE informuje, iż ewentualne dalsze zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podawane do publicznej wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.

The Management Board of ELKOP ESTONIA SE with its registered office in Tallinn, with reference to Current Report No. 11/2025 of 10 November 2025 concerning the schedule for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2025/2026 and Current Report No. 14/2025 of 31 December 2025 concerning the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company, hereby informs about a change in the schedule for publication of periodic reports.

On 31 December 2025, the Estonian Commercial Register (Äriregister) registered amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company, according to which the Company's financial year begins on 1 December and ends on 30 November.

Consequently, the Company's current financial year, which commenced on 1 July 2025, has been extended and will end on 30 November 2026.

Therefore, the Management Board of the Issuer hereby changes the schedule for submitting periodic reports for the current financial year.

The publication dates of periodic reports which have already been completed remain unchanged:

- separate report for the first 3 months of the financial year 2025/2026 - published on 28 November 2025,

- separate report for the first half of the financial year 2025/2026 - published on 20 February 2026,

- separate report for the first 9 months of the financial year 2025/2026 - published on 29 April 2026.

The remaining periodic reports for the current financial year will be published on the following dates:

1. Separate report for the first 12 months of the financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 - on 17 August 2026.

2. Separate report for the first 15 months of the financial year, covering the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2026 - on 16 November 2026.

3. Separate annual report for the financial year covering the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 November 2026 - on 30 March 2027.

Therefore, the publication date of the separate annual report scheduled for 30 September 2026 in Current Report No. 11/2025 shall no longer apply.

At the same time, the Management Board of ELKOP ESTONIA SE informs that any further changes to the dates of submitting periodic reports will be announced to the public in the form of a current report.
