The Board of Directors of ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter the "Company") hereby reports that pursuant to Resolution No 3. regarding the engagement of auditors for 2026 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders on June 16th, 2026 (https://astartaholding.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/current-report-12-2026-agm-resolutions.pdf) has considered the recommendations from the Audit Committee and resolved to appoint Baker Tilly Klitou _ Partners Ltd as the External Auditor for the audit of the Company's Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the financial year 2026 and Ernst _ Young Cyprus Ltd as the Sustainability Assurance Service Provider for the assurance of the Company's Consolidated Sustainability Statement for the financial year 2026.
