Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości korektę raportu bieżącego nr 15/2025 z dnia 21 maja 2025 r. w sprawie ogłoszenia o zwołaniu Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy Spółki ("ZWZ") na dzień 18 czerwca 2025 roku. Przedmiotem korekty jest uzupełnienie projektów uchwał poddanych pod głosowanie na ZWZ o uchwałę numer 18/2/2025 w sprawie powołania członka Rady Nadzorczej, która nie była zawarta w załączniku do raportu numer 15/2025 z dnia 21 maja 2025 roku. Spółka przekazuje w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu zaktualizowaną treść projektów uchwał na ZWZ oraz formularz do wykonywania prawa głosu na ZWZ. W pozostałym zakresie treść raportu bieżącego nr 15/2025 nie ulega zmianie.

Subject: Correction of current report no. 15/2025 regarding the
announcement of the Management Board of CI Games SE on convening of an
Annual General Meeting of CI Games SE
The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw
(the "Company") hereby publishes a correction to current report no.
15/2025 dated May 21, 2025 concerning the announcement on convening of
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the "AGM") on
June 18, 2025. The purpose of the correction is to supplement the draft
resolutions submitted for voting at the AGM with resolution no.
18/2/2025 on the appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board, which
was not included in the appendix to the current report no. 15/2025 dated
May 21, 2025. The Company hereby attaches to this report the updated
content of the draft resolutions for the AGM and a form for exercising
voting rights at the AGM. In the remaining scope, the content of current
report no. 15/2025 remains unchanged.
