CI GAMES SE (2/2026) Terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 roku

Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), działając na podstawie § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. 2025, poz. 755, "Rozporządzenie"), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania przez Spółkę raportów okresowych w 2026 roku:

1. Raport okresowy za rok 2025:

- Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025 - 23 kwietnia 2026.

2. Raporty okresowe za rok 2026:

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. - 28 maja 2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. - 24 września 2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. - 26 listopada 2026 r.

Ponadto Zarząd Spółki informuje, że stosownie do § 82 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2025 roku oraz za II kwartał 2026 roku. W raportach skonsolidowanych: kwartalnych i półrocznym publikowanych przez Spółkę zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Zgodnie z przepisami § 63 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie przekazywać zatem odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego.

Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw

("Company"), acting under § 84 section 1 of the Regulation of the

Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information

provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as

equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state

(Journal of Laws of 2025, item 755, "Regulation"), hereby informs about

the dates of Company's periodic reports publication in 2026:

1. Periodic report for the year 2025:

- Individual and consolidated annual report for 2025 - 23 April 2026;

2. Periodic reports for the year 2026:

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026 - 28 May 2026;

- Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2026 - 24 September

2026;

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026 - 26 November 2026.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance

with § 82 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish

quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2025 and 2nd quarter of 2026.

In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by

the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated

individual financial statements respectively. In accordance with the §

63 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish

individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.
