Legal basis: Article 56. 1(2) of the Act on Offering - current and periodic informationContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE", "Company") informs that on 26 June 2014, on the motion of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, a shareholder representing 35.00% of the share capital, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has adopted a resolution to appoint Mr Paweł Tamborski as President of the Exchange Management Board for a new term of office.The aforementioned decision shall enter into force on the date of delivery to the Company of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority decision on its consent for the change on the Exchange Management Board and Mr Paweł Tamborski's receipt of the consent of the Committee for the Review of Requests for Consent for Employment of Persons Who Performed Public Functions appointed by the Prime Minister pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on Limitation of Business Activities of Persons in Public Functions of 21 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 216, item 1584), however no earlier than the date of the Ordinary General Meeting's approval of the financial statements of the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the year 2013.According to the statement provided by Mr Paweł Tamborski, he does not perform in any form any activities competitive to the WSE, he is not engaged in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership or civil law partnership or a member of an authority of a joint stock company, and he is not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its authority. Furthermore, Mr Paweł Tamborski does not have a record in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.Legal basis: § 5 (1) (22) and § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
