Podstawa prawna: In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., is publishing the following announcement:
The company Gorenje, d.d., paid out on Friday, the 19th of December, 2014, the holders of 9-month commercial paper issued on the 25th of March, 2014 with the total face value repaid amounts to EUR 30 million.
The 19th of December, 2014, is the maturity date for 9-month commercial paper GRV02, issued on the 25th of March, 2014 with a total face value of EUR 30 million and an interest rate of 4%. The purpose of the issue is seasonal financing of business operations and diversification of short-term financing sources.
