GRUPA PRACUJ SA (20/2025) Oświadczenie KDPW w sprawie warunkowej rejestracji akcji serii D

Zarząd spółki Grupa Pracuj S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym powziął informację o wydaniu przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") oświadczenia nr 561/2025 z dnia 24 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie zawarcia ze Spółką umowy o rejestrację w depozycie papierów wartościowych 633.164 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii D Spółki o wartości nominalnej 5,00 złotych każda ("Akcje Serii D"). Akcje Serii D zostaną zarejestrowane pod kodem ISIN PLGRPRC00015 pod warunkiem wprowadzenia do obrotu na rynku regulowanym. Rejestracja Akcji Serii D nastąpi w terminie 3 dni od otrzymania przez KDPW decyzji o wprowadzeniu Akcji Serii D do obrotu na rynku regulowanym, nie wcześniej jednak niż w dniu wskazanym w tej decyzji jako dzień wprowadzenia Akcji Serii D do obrotu na tym rynku regulowanym.

Szczegółowa podstawa prawna: § 17 ust. 1 pkt 1) rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

The

Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in

Warsaw (the "Company") informs that today become aware of

the issuance by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy

Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) ("CSDP")

of the statement no. 561/2025 datedJune 24, 2025 regarding

conclusion with the Company of the agreement on registration in the

securities depository of 633,164 ordinary bearer series D shares of the

Company with the nominal value of PLN 5.00 each ("Series D

Shares"). Series D Shares will be registered under ISIN code

PLGRPRC00015 under the condition of the introduction to trading on the

regulated market. The registration of Series D Shares will take place

within 3 days from the receipt by CSDP of the decision on the

introduction of Series D Shares to trading on the regulated market,

however not earlier than on the date indicated in that decision as the

day of the introduction of Series D Shares to trading on the regulated

market.
