GTC SA (1/2026) Terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2026 roku oraz informacja o przekazywaniu skonsolidowanych raportów okresowych

Zarząd Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Spółka") podaje do wiadomości publicznej terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 roku:

I. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2025 rok - 20 kwietnia 2026 roku.

II. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartale:

- za I kwartał 2026 roku - 25 maja 2026 roku,

- za III kwartał 2026 roku - 23 listopada 2026 roku.

III. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 roku - 21 września 2026 roku.

Jednocześnie, zgodnie z Art. 63 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, Spółka informuje, o zamiarze stałego przekazywania w 2026 roku skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w Art. 63 ust.1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2026 roku zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w Art. 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia.

Podstawa prawna: Art. 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Title: Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2026

and information on submitting consolidated periodical reports

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby

announces publication dates of periodical reports in 2026:

I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025 - 20 April 2026.

II. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- 1st quarter of 2026 -25 May 2026

- 3rd quarter of 2026 - 23 November 2026

III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2026 - 21

September 2026.

Simultaneously, pursuant to Art 63 section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of

the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic

information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for

recognizing as equivalent the information required under the laws of a

non-member state of the European Union, Company informs that it intends

to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2026 standalone

financial statements of the parent entity as referred to in Art 63

section 1 of the Regulation, as well as to present in the consolidated

semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2026 standalone financial

statements of the parent entity for the six months ended 30 June 2026 as

referred to in Art 63 section 3 of the Regulation.

Legal grounds: Art 84 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of

Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information submitted by

issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as

equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state

of the European Union.
