Huuuge, Inc. (the "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 26 marca 2026 r. Rada Dyrektorów Emitenta powołała Pana Macieja Hebdę na stanowisko Dyrektora Finansowego (Chief Financial Officer) Emitenta ze skutkiem na dzień 1 kwietnia 2026 r. Pan Maciej Hebda nadal będzie pełnił również funkcję Skarbnika Emitenta.

Jako Dyrektor Finansowy i Skarbnik, Pan Maciej Hebda jest upoważniony i zobowiązany do nadzorowania całego planowania finansowego, zarządzania ryzykiem i prowadzenia dokumentacji Emitenta, a także do sporządzania wszelkich dokumentów i dokumentów niezbędnych do wypełniania obowiązków związanych z tymi funkcjami.

W ocenie Emitenta Pan Maciej Hebda nie prowadzi w żadnej formie działalności konkurencyjnej w stosunku do Emitenta, nie uczestniczy w spółce konkurencyjnej jako wspólnik spółki cywilnej, spółki osobowej, spółki kapitałowej, jak również nie uczestniczy w innej konkurencyjnej osobie prawnej jako członek jej organu. Pan Maciej Hebda nie figuruje w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych, prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy z dnia 20 sierpnia 1997 r. o Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym.

Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer

Huuuge,

Inc. (the "Issuer") informs that on 26 March 2026 the Board of Directors

of the Issuer has appointed Mr. Maciej Hebda to the position of Chief

Financial Officer, effective as of April 1, 2026 while keeping his

function as the Treasurer of the Issuer.

As

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Mr. Maciej Hebda is authorized

and directed to oversee all financial planning, risk management, and

record-keeping of the Issuer, and to execute all documents and

instruments necessary to fulfil the duties of these offices.

In

the opinion of the Issuer, Mr. Maciej Hebda does not engage in any

activities that are competitive to the Issuer. He does not participate

in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a

partnership, a capital company, as well as do not participate in another

competitive legal person as a member of its body. Mr. Maciej Hebda is

not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the

National Court Register Act dated 20 August 1997.
