Credit Agreement with ING Lease (Polska)Sp. z o.o. - an amendment.
The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice that on19 September 2014 the Bank signed an annex with ING Lease (Polska) Sp. z o.o. to the credit agreement dated 19 January 2012 (which was the subject matter of the current report no. 03/2012 dated 19 January 2012), as amended, on increasing the amount of the credit facility extended to that company by PLN 820,000,000.00, up to PLN 3,500,000,000.00.
The total credit exposure of the Bank towards ING Lease (Polska) Sp. zo.o. is PLN 3,501,920,000.00.
The agreement is considered significant on the basis of the relationbetween the total value of exposure to the Bank's equity.
The Borrower is related to ING Bank Śląski S.A.
Legal grounds: §5 section 1 item 3) of the Ordinance of the Minister ofFinance of 19.02.2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended).
