The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that because of the extraordinary political situation
in Ukraine, the Company is still in the process of completing the accounting and subsequent audit work in respect
of this situation and company's assets in the Crimea. The formal annual audited report will be published on
20th of Jun, 2014 instead of 29th of April, 2014.
