The

Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., based in Warsaw (the

"Company"), in reference to the Company's current report No. 19/2024

dated September 13, 2024, hereby announces that it has received

information regarding the issuance of Statement No. 912/2024 by the

National Depository for Securities (KDPW) on September 17, 2024,

regarding the assimilation of the Company's Series J ordinary bearer

shares (the "Statement").

According

to the Statement, KDPW decided to assimilate 1,194,331 Series J ordinary

bearer shares of the Company, identified by the code PLMDCLG00056

("Shares"), with the Company's shares traded on the stock exchange,

identified by the code PLMDCLG00015. The assimilation date in the KDPW

depository system is set for September 20, 2024.

As

a result, the suspensive condition for the introduction of the Shares to

trading, as mentioned in the Company's current report No. 19/2024, will

be fulfilled on September 20, 2024, and on that date, the Shares will be

introduced to trading on the main market.
