Zarząd spółki PCF Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") niniejszym przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki ("ZWZ"), które odbyło się w dniu 23 czerwca 2025 r.

Akcjonariusze:

1. Sebastian Wojciechowski 14.989.480 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 41,71% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 58,30% liczby głosów na ZWZ;

2. Krafton Inc. 3.594.028 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 10,00% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 13,98% liczby głosów na ZWZ;

3. Bartosz Kmita 1.761.741 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 4,90% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 6,85% liczby głosów na ZWZ;

4. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 1.800.000 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 5,01% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 7,00% liczby głosów na ZWZ;

5. Krzysztof Dolaś - 1.808.609 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 5,03% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 7,03% liczby głosów na ZWZ;

6. Bartosz Biełuszko 1.757.178 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 4,89% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 6,83% liczby głosów na ZWZ.

List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at

the Annual General Meeting of PCF Group S.A. held on 23 June 2025The

Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw

(the "Company") hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least

5% of the total number of votes at the Annual General Meeting (the

"AGM") held on 23 June 2025.

Shareholders:

1. Sebastian Wojciechowski 14,989,480 votes at the AGM which represent

41.71% of the total number of votes and 58,30% of votes at the AGM;2.

Krafton Inc. - 3,594,028 votes at the AGM which represent 10.00% of the

total number of votes and 13.98% of votes at the AGM;3. Bartosz

Kmita 1,761,741 votes at the AGM which represent 4.90% of the total

number of votes and 6.85% of votes at the AGM;4.

Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 1,800,000 votes at

the AGM which represent 5.01% of the total number of votes and 7.00% of

votes at the AGM;5. Krzysztof Dolaś - 1,808,609 votes at the AGM

which represent 5.03% of the total number of votes and 7.03% of votes at

the AGM;6. Bartosz Biełuszko - 1,757,178 votes at the AGM which
