Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("EGM") will take place at 16:30 (CET) on 29 August 2019 at the offices of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
