The Board of Directors of Sadovaya Group S.A. (the "Company") presents the schedule of publication of its periodic reports in the year 2016.
For the consolidated report 2015 the date of publication shall be:
- For year 2015 01 May 2016
For semi-annual consolidated reports 2016, dates of publication shall be the following:
- For 1st half of 2016 28 August 2016
For quarterly consolidated reports 2016, dates of publication shall be the following:
- For 1st quarter of 2016 01 May 2016
- For 3rd quarter of 2016 13 November 2016
Legal grounds: Legal grounds: Art.3 to 5 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and Art. 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
