Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on April 16, 2026 the Company sold 16 000 (sixteen thousand) treasury shares representing 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 27 980.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.75.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 580 500 representing 1.96% of the share capital of the Company.
