Sofia, Bulgaria, May 11, 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 08, 2026 the Company sold 23 000 (twenty-three thousand) treasury shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 42 450.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.86.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 155 000 representing 1.88% of the share capital of the Company.
