Sofia, Bulgaria, June 18, 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 17, 2026 the Company sold 4 595 010 (four million five hundred and ninety-five thousand and ten) treasury shares representing 0.85% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 8 730 519.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 2 816 490 representing 0.52% of the share capital of the Company.
