Sofia, Bulgaria, September 2, 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 1, 2026 the Company sold 752 500 (seven hundred fifty-two thousand five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.14% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 1 655 677.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 2.20.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 0.
