Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 19, 2025 the Company sold 3 300 (three thousand and three hundred) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 9 172.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.78.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 625 541 representing 2.53% of the share capital of the Company.
