The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the "Company") reports hereby, that it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, who has a constant access to the confidential information and is competent to take decisions on the development and perspectives of the Company purchased on March 20, 2014, 26,190 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 11.68 per share during off session off transactions - the realization of the stock option plan. Sold 569 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PLN 16,37per share on March 20, 2014, sold 5,621 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PLN 16,50 per share on March 21, 2014, sold 20 000 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PLN 16,23 per share on March 26, 2014 all during session transaction.
