The Management Board of TVN S.A. ("the Company", "TVN") informs that on October 15, 2014 it amended an agreement with TVN Media Sp. z .o. o. ("TVN Media") - the Company's subsidiary, and Bank Pekao S.A. ("Bank") ("the Agreement") regarding the liquidity management system in the TVN Group ("Cash pooling system"). The Company informed about the Agreement in current report no 13/2012 issued on March 14, 2012 ("Current report").The mentioned amendment changed the expiry date of the Agreement to November 30, 2015. As a result it has changed the expiry date relating to guarantees that was provided for obligations resulting from daily clearings between the parts of the cash pooling system to up to PLN 90 million granted to the Bank by TVN and TVN Media. The current date of guarantees validity is 30 days after a new expiry date of the Agreement, i.e. up to 30 days after November 30, 2015.
