The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the "Company") reports hereby, that it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, who has a constant access to the confidential information and is competent to take decisions on the development and perspectives of the Company sold 34,770 shares of TVN S.A. at an average price of PLN 16,82 per share between 8 and 10 April, 2014 during session transactions.
Same person purchased on April 10, 2014, 18,230 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 10.58 per share and 20,540 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 11.68 during off session off transactions - the realization of the stock option plan. Sold 2,500 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PLN 16,01 per share on April 15, 2014 during session transaction.
