Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE", "Company") publishes the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2015.1. Consolidated quarterly reports:Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2015 - 30 April 2015,Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2015 - 30 October 2015;2. Consolidated report for H1 2015 - 30 July 2015;3. Annual reports for 2014:Annual report for 2014 - 24 February 2015,Consolidated annual report for 2014 - 24 February 2015.The WSE also represents that, pursuant to §83.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (Dziennik Ustaw from 2014, item 133) ("Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the WSE Group will contain condensed quarterly consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.In addition, the WSE informs that the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2014 or a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2015 pursuant to the provisions of §102.1 and §101.2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish a separate semi-annual report pursuant to §83.3 of the Regulation.Legal basis: § 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
