KGHM POLSKA MIEDŹ SA changes in the composition of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 18December 2014 Wojciech Kędzia, Member of the Management Board of the Company, submitted his resignation from the function of Vice President (Production) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., effective as of 31 January 2015.

On the same day, the Supervisory Board appointed Mirosław Laskowski as aMember of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., appointing him as a Vice President of the Management Board, effective as of 1 February 2015.

He is not a member of bodies of a capital company which competes with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. He does not participate in any other competing legal entities as a member of their bodies.

He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on thebasis of the National Court Register law.
