The Board of Directors of Sadovaya Group S.A. (the "Company") presents the schedule of publication of its periodic reports in the year 2015.
For the consolidated reports 2014 the date of publication shall be:
- For 1st quarter of 2014 30 April 2015
- For 1st half of 2014 30 April 2015
- For 3rd quarter of 2014 30 April 2015
- For year 2014 30 April 2015
For semi-annual consolidated reports 2015, dates of publication shall be the following:
- For 1st half of 2015 28 August 2015
For quarterly consolidated reports 2015, dates of publication shall be the following:
- For 1st quarter of 2015 15 May 2015
- For 3rd quarter of 2015 13 November 2015
Legal grounds: Legal grounds: Art.3 to 5 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and Art. 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
