Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, is pleased to announce that, following its share consolidation, the first time and date of dealing in the ordinary shares of EUR 1.00 each on the premium segment of the Official List and on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities was at 8.00 a.m. on 1 July 2016.

On admission to the London Stock Exchange, the Company's issued share capital comprises 6,855,603 ordinary shares of EUR 1.00 each.
