SANTANDER BANK POLSKA SA (3/2026) Daty przekazywania raportów okresowych

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") podaje do wiadomości następujące daty przekazania w roku 2026 raportów okresowych:

- Raport roczny jednostkowy za 2025 r. - 24.02.2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2025 r. - 24.02.2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. - 30.04.2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. - 30.07.2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. - 30.10.2026 r.

Dodatkowo Bank informuje, że wybrane niezaudytowane dane finansowe za 2025 rok zostaną przekazane w dniu 04.02.2026 r. w formie raportu bieżącego.

Ponadto Bank informuje, że w publikowanych skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych i skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczał odpowiednio jednostkowe kwartalne informacje finansowe i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe.

§ 84 ust. 1 oraz § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim

announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2026: -

Unconsolidated annual report for 2025 -

24.02.2026 - Consolidated annual

report for 2025 - 24.02.2026 - Consolidated

quarterly report for Q1 2026 - 30.04.2026- Consolidated

half-yearly report for the H1 2026 - 30.07.2026 - Consolidated

quarterly report for Q3 2026 - 30.10.2026

Additionally, the Bank advises that selected

unaudited consolidated financial information for 2025 will be published

in a current report on 04.02.2026.

Additionally, the Bank advises that the

published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated

half-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterly

financial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial

statement.

84 section 1 and § 83 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6

June 2025 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of

securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required

by the laws of a non-member state.
