CI GAMES SE (15/2026) Wyniki sprzedaży gry "Lords of the Fallen". Osiągnięcie zwrotu z inwestycji.

Zarząd Cl Games S.E. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") podaje do publicznej wiadomości wyniki sprzedaży gry Lords of the Fallen ("Gra"), której globalna premiera miała miejsce 13 października 2023 roku.

Zarząd Spółki informuje, że na dzień przekazania niniejszego raportu bieżącego, tj. na dzień 20 marca 2026 r., sprzedaż gry Lords of the Fallen przekroczyła 2,5 mln egzemplarzy. Według danych szacunkowych przychody ze sprzedaży Gry wynoszą ponad 300 mln PLN i przewyższyły łączne nakłady w wysokości 298 mln PLN związane ze stworzeniem i wydaniem Gry, w tym koszty jej produkcji, marketingu, koszty wytworzenia na nośnikach fizycznych oraz opłaty licencyjne związane z silnikiem, na którym oparta jest Gra. Zarząd informuje, że gra Lords of the Fallen osiągnęła całkowity zwrot z inwestycji.

Powyższa informacja została uznana za informację poufną z uwagi na fakt, iż może mieć ona istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej Spółki.

Zarząd Spółki uznał za zasadne zakwalifikowanie niniejszej informacji jako poufnej w rozumieniu przepisów art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR.

Subject: Sales results of the game "Lords of the Fallen".

Achieving break even on the investment.

The Management Board of Cl Games SE based in Warsaw ("Company")

publicly announces the sales results of the game Lords of the Fallen ("Game"),

the global premiere of which took place on October 13, 2023.

The Company's Management Board informs that as of the date of submission

of this current report, i.e. March 20, 2026, sales of the Lords of the

Fallen game exceeded 2.5 mln copies. According to estimates, revenue

from sales of the Game amounts to over PLN 300 million and has exceeded

the total costs of PLN 298 million incurred in connection with its

development and release, including production costs, marketing expenses,

costs of physical media production, and licensing fees related to the

Game engine. The Management Board reports that Lords of the Fallen has

reached break-even on its investment.

The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify

this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of

the MAR Regulation.
