Raport bieżący 10/2026
Huuuge, Inc. ("Emitent") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 4/2026 z dnia 14 stycznia 2026 r. w sprawie terminu publikacji raportów okresowych w 2026 r., niniejszym informuje, że skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. zostanie opublikowany w dniu 26 maja 2026 r., a nie jak wcześniej informowano w dniu 28 maja 2026 r.
Uwzględniając powyższe zmiany, harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2026 jest następujący:
Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025 - 20 marca 2026 r.
Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. - 26 maja 2026 r.
Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. - 16 września 2026 r.
Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. - 24 listopada 2026 r.

Change
of the date of the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for
the first quarter of 2026
Huuuge,
Inc. (the "Issuer") with reference to current report no. 4/2026 dated
January 14, 2026 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reports
during the financial year 2026, hereby announces that the consolidated
quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 will be published on May
26, 2026, instead of May 28, 2026 as previously announced.
Taking
into account the above changes, the schedule for the publication of
periodic reports in 2026 will be as follows:
The
annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2025 - March
20, 2026
The
consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - May 26,
2026
The
consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2026 - September 16,
2026
The
consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - November
24, 2026
Legal
basis: § 84.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June
6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of
securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information
required by the laws of a non-member state
