Sofia, Bulgaria, 29 April 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 100n of LPOS, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: "BSE-Sofia" AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) presents the Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements, which contains:

- XHTML format of the report in accordance with the requirements of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/815 of 17 December 2018 supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regulatory technical standards on the definition of a common electronic format for reports. It contains:

- Annual consolidated financial statements

- Notes to the annual consolidated financial statements

- Annual consolidated management report

- Corporate Governance Declaration

- Declaration by the responsible persons

- Audit report

- Annual reports according to a template determined by the Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commision;

- Electronic reference to the published inside information under Article 7 of Regulation (EU) ą596 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ L 173/1 of 12 June 2014) (Regulation (EU) ą 596/2014) on the circumstances during the past year:
