Sofia, Bulgaria, June 02, 2026 - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 01, 2026 the Company sold 78 000 (seventy-eight thousand) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 148 540.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 558 000 representing 1.77% of the share capital of the Company.
