Zarząd Benefit Systems S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki w dniu 10 czerwca 2026 r. ("Walne Zgromadzenie"):

1) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 369.193 akcji reprezentujących 369.193 głosów, stanowiących 14,86% głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu oraz 11,18% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce;

2) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 315.267 akcji reprezentujących 315.267 głosów, stanowiących 12,69% głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu oraz 9,55% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce;

3) Marek Kamola - 233.000 akcji reprezentujących 233.000 głosów, stanowiących 9,38% głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu oraz 7,06% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce;

4) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 225.633 akcji reprezentujących 225.633 głosów, stanowiących 9,08% głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu oraz 6,84% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce;

5) Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" - 187.300 akcji reprezentujących 187.300 głosów, stanowiących 7,54% głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu oraz 5,67% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce;

6) Government of Norway - 129.492 akcji reprezentujących 129.492 głosów, stanowiących 5,21% głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu oraz 3,92% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce.

the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 10 June 2026

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office

in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the

shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary

General Meeting of the Company held on 10 June 2026 ("General Meeting"):

1) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 369.193 shares

representing 369.193 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in

the number of votes at the General Meeting: 14,86%; percentage share in

the total number of votes: 11,18%;

2) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 315.267 shares

representing 315.267 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in

the number of votes at the General Meeting: 12,69%; percentage share in

the total number of votes: 9,55%;

3) Marek Kamola - 233.000 shares representing 233.000 votes at the

General Meeting, percentage share in the number of votes at the General

Meeting: 9,38%; percentage share in the total number of votes 7,06%;
