Zarząd CD PROJEKT RED S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") zawiadamia, że dnia 10 sierpnia 2026 roku pełnomocnikowi Spółki doręczono postanowienie Sądu Rejonowego dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIV Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, o dokonaniu w dniu 10 sierpnia 2026 roku wpisu do rejestru w zakresie zmiany treści § 1 Statutu Spółki, tj. zmiany dokonanej na podstawie uchwały nr 20 Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia z dnia 23 czerwca 2026 roku w sprawie zmiany treści § 1 Statutu Spółki ("Uchwała").

W wyniku dokonanej rejestracji, z jej dniem:

1. dotychczasowy §1 Statutu Spółki otrzymał następujące brzmienie:

"Spółka działa pod firmą CD PROJEKT RED Spółka Akcyjna i może używać skrótu CD PROJEKT RED S.A."; a tym samym

2. zmianie uległa firma, pod którą działa Spółka, z dotychczasowej "CD PROJEKT Spółka Akcyjna" na "CD PROJEKT RED Spółka Akcyjna".

Zmianie uległa wyłącznie firma - Spółka pozostaje tym samym podmiotem, stąd wszelkie pozostałe dane rejestrowe, w tym numery czy dane adresowe, nie ulegają zmianie.

Treść tekstu jednolitego Statutu Spółki w brzmieniu uwzględniającym zmianę wprowadzoną na mocy Uchwały przekazana zostaje w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu. Treść Uchwały opublikowana została w raporcie bieżącym Spółki nr 10/2026 z dnia 23 czerwca 2026 roku. Treść uzasadnienia do projektu Uchwały opublikowana została w raporcie bieżącym Spółki nr 9/2026 z 27 maja 2026 roku.

Subject: Registration of amendments in the Articles of Association of the Company together with the change of the Company's name

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current and periodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT RED S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 10 August 2026, the Company's attorney received a decision of the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Department of the National Court Registry, concerning entry into the register on 10 August 2026 as regards the amendment of the § 1 of the Articles of Association of the Company, i.e. the amendment adopted pursuant to resolution no. 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 23 June 2026 concerning amendments to § 1 of the Articles of Association of the Company (the "Resolution").

Following the registration, with its date:

1. the current §1 of the Articles of Association of the Company has been amended to read as follows:

"The Company conducts operations under the name CD PROJEKT RED Spółka Akcyjna and may also use the name CD PROJEKT RED S.A.", and, consequently,

2. the name under which the Company conducts its operations has been changed from "CD PROJEKT Spółka Akcyjna" to "CD PROJEKT RED Spółka Akcyjna."

Only the Company's name has changed - the Company remains the same legal entity. Accordingly, all other registration details, including identification numbers and registered address, remain unchanged.

The consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Company, incorporating the amendment introduced on the basis of the Resolution, is appended to this report. The text of the Resolution was published in the Current Report of the Company no. 10/2026 of 23 June 2026. The text of the justification for the draft of the Resolution was published in the Current Report of the Company no. 9/2026 of 27 May 2026.
