The Management Board of Bank Polska KasaOpieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank was delivered a letter of appeal by a Bank's shareholder appealing against the verdict of the District Court in Warsaw of 28 February 2014 in part related to the dismissal of the shareholder's claim to overrule the resolutions No 5 and No 7 - 8 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated May 4, 2006 on approval of the financial statement of the Bank for 2005, approval of the financial statement of the Bank Capital Group for 2005 and the distribution of the net profit of the Bank for 2005.In the Bank's opinion the shareholder's appeal is groundless.Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
