The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA informs that on 22 May 2014 the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA for the next term of office in the following composition: Jacek Dreżewski, Eryk Karski, Artur Małek, Tomasz Mosiek, Ryszard Rafalski, Paweł Tarnowski, Karol Żbikowski.All persons appointed for the Supervisory Board submitted statements that they are independent members.The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA also informs that on the meeting held on 22 May 2014 the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA elected Mr Karol Żbikowski its Chairman and Mr Eryk Karski Vice Chairman.The Supervisory Board appointed the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Appointed members of the Audit Committee:Tomasz Mosiek - Chairman,Paweł Tarnowski - Member,Artur Małek - Member,Eryk Karski - Member.Appointed members of the Nomination and Compensation Committee:Ryszarda Rafalski - Chairman,Jacek Dreżewski - Member,Karol Żbikowski - Member.Information about the supervising persons is enclosed herewith.Pursuant to § 5 item 1.22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on current and interim information provided by the issuers of securities.
