The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA inform that today the Company received a notice from Aviva PTE Aviva BZ WBK SA dated on 23 December 2014, to say that in effect of disposal of the Company's shares in the transactions executed on 16 December 2014, Aviva OFE Aviva BZ WBK decreased it stake, representing so far 14.69% of total votes attached to the Company's shares, by at least 2% of the votes in the general shareholders' meeting of the Company.Before the above mentioned transactions were settled, as of 17 December 2014 Aviva OFE had held 603 570 shares in ELEKTROBUDOWA SA which constituted 12.71% of the Company's share capital (shares in issue) and entitled to 603 570 votes in its general meeting, corresponding to 12.71% of the total number of votes.After the above mentioned transactions had been settled, as of 18 December 2014 Aviva OFE held 602 064 shares in ELEKTROBUDOWA SA which constituted 12.68% of the Company's share capital (number of shares in issue) and entitled to 602.064 votes in its general meeting, corresponding to 12.68% of the total number of votes.Legal basis:Public Offering Act, Art. 70.1 - purchase or disposal of a material block of shares
