ENERGA SA (8/2025) Terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2025 roku

Zarząd Energa SA ("Spółka") przekazuje daty publikacji raportów okresowych Grupy Kapitałowej Energa w 2025 roku:

1. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:

- Raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 roku - 22 maja 2025 roku,

- Raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 roku - 6 listopada 2025 roku.

2. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2025 roku, zawierający półroczne, skrócone, jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe - 21 sierpnia 2025 roku.

3. Raporty roczne:

- Jednostkowy raport roczny za 2024 rok - 15 kwietnia 2025 roku,

- Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 rok - 15 kwietnia 2025 roku.

Jednocześnie Spółka oświadcza, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), nie będzie publikować odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne Grupy Kapitałowej Energa będą zawierały kwartalne skrócone skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe oraz kwartalne informacje finansowe.

Ponadto Spółka informuje, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, nie będzie publikować skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2024 roku oraz za II kwartał 2025 roku. Spółka nie będzie publikować również odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego zgodnie z § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia.

The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) announces the publication

dates of Energa Capital Group's periodic reports in 2025:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - 22 May 2025,

- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - 6 November 2025.

2. The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2025

containing the Company's condensed half-year standalone financial

statements - 21 August 2025.

3. Annual reports:

- Standalone annual report for 2024 - 15 April 2025,

- Consolidated annual report for 2024 - 15 April 2025.

At the same time the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1

of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on

current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and

on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being

equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state

which is not a member state ("Regulation"), it will not publish separate

standalone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the

Energa Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly

financial statements and quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Company informs that, pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the

Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the

fourth quarter of 2024 and the second quarter of 2025. The Company will

not publish a separate standalone half year report pursuant to § 62

section 3 of the Regulation, either.
