Legal basis: Article 56. 1(2) of the Act on Offering - current and periodic information

In connection with the announced adjournment of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Company" or "Exchange") convened for 26 June 2014 and resumed on 15 July 2014 with reference to Current Reports No. 4/2014 of 9 April 2014 and No. 10/2014 of 27 June 2014, the Exchange Management Board informs that, in view of the Central Securities Depository of Poland's (KDPW) procedures connected with dividend payment, it intends to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company new dividend record date and dividend payment date from the net profit of the Company for 2013. The recommendation of the Exchange Management Board will include: 7 August 2014 as the dividend record date and 26 August 2014 as the dividend payment date.Legal basis: § 38.1 (11) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
