The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice thataccording to the list of shareholders authorised to participate in the Ordinary General Meeting of ING Bank Śląski S.A held on 10 April 2014 the following entities were entitled to 5 percent or more of votes at the OGM of the Issuer:

The Company hereby give notice that the shareholders are not required toparticipate in the General Meeting with all shares remaining in their possession.

Legal grounds: Article 70 item 3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on publicoffer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies (consolidated text in the Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 185, item 1439 as amended).
