Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that, as per the Company's Restructuring Plan and the Settlement Agreement with Series A and Series B Bondholders from 11 January 2018 ("Settlement Agreement"), the Company intends to repay on 1 July 2018 a total amount of circa €2.18 million, of which circa €1.35 million shall be paid as an interest payment and circa € 0.83 million shall be paid on account of principal in accordance with the mandatory repayment provisions of the Company's Restructuring Plan.
