SANTANDER BANK POLSKA SA (18/2025) Zamiar nieubiegania się Wiceprezesa Zarządu o wybór na nową kadencję

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości, że w dniu 11 kwietnia 2025 r. Pan Juan de Porras Aguirre - Wiceprezes Zarządu Banku poinformował Bank o podjęciu decyzji o nieubieganiu się o wybór do składu Zarządu Banku na nową kadencję rozpoczynającą się w dniu 16 kwietnia 2025 r. w związku z planowanym przejściem na emeryturę.

Podstawa Prawna:

§ 5 pkt 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Re. The intention of Management Board

Vice-President not to apply to be appointed for the new term of office

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank")

hereby informs that on 11 April 2025 it received notification from Mr.

Juan de Porras Aguirre, the Management Board Vice-President, concerning

his decision about not to apply to be appointed to the Bank's Management

Board for the new term of office started from 16 April 2025 due to his

planned retirement.

§ 5 item 4 of the Finance Minister's

Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by

the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the

information required by the laws of non-member states.
