Purchase of shares by the President of the Management Board Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("the Company"), hereby announces that on May 14, 2014 the Company received a notification in conformity with art. 160 of the Act on public trading of financial instruments from the President of the Management Board about purchase transaction of 2900 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. as follows:· 1569 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. at an average price of PLN 8.98, · 365 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. at an average price of PLN 8.96,· 324 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. at an average price of PLN 8.91,· 300 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. at an average price of PLN 8.97,· 299 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. at an average price of PLN 8.95,· 43 ordinary bearer shares of Agora S.A. at an average price of PLN 8.90,on the basis of any price order, executed during Warsaw Stock Exchange trading session on May 14, 2014Legal basis: Section 160 of the Act on Trading In the Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws. 2005, No. 183, item 1538).
