Podstawa prawna: Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), the Market of Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI), the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Corporate Governance Code for Joint Stock Companies, and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Management Board of Gorenje d.d., Partizanska 12, Velenje, Slovenia,
hereby announces the resolutions passed at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gorenje, d.d., held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, starting at 11 AM in the Hotel Paka Conference Hall in Velenje, Rudarska ul. 1, Slovenia.
