Podstawa prawna: Prairie Mining Limited (Prairie or Company) is pleased to announce that the Company has received valid applications for a small oversubscription of 16,080,000 shares at an issue price of A$0.25 (PLN0.69) each to raise A$4.02 million under the Company's share purchase plan (SPP).
Pursuant to the SPP, the Company will accept all valid applications and there will be no scale back.
Valid applicants under the SPP will receive a letter in the coming days from Computershare with confirmation of their personal allocations. All invalid applications will receive a refund cheque.
The shares for the SPP are likely to be issued on 23 September 2020 with trading on the ASX to commence on 25 September 2020.
An application will also be made for admission of the SPP shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE Admission"). WSE Admission will be filed immediately after the first day of trading of shares on ASX.
Following WSE Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 228,355,089 ordinary shares. The above figure of 228,355,089 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following WSE Admission.
