CI GAMES SE (6/2025) Wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu CI Games SE zwołanym na 17 luty 2025 roku

Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki zwołanym na dzień 17 luty 2025 roku ("NWZ") akcjonariuszami posiadającymi powyżej 5% głosów byli:

1. Marek Tymiński, który dysponował na tym NWZ głosami w liczbie 56 102 130 z akcji w liczbie 56 102 130. Stanowiło to 60,5 % w liczbie głosów na tym NWZ oraz 29,40 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce;

2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS z siedzibą w Luksemburgu, który dysponował na tym NWZ głosami w liczbie 36 618 931 z akcji w liczbie 36 618 931. Stanowiło to 39,5 % w liczbie głosów na tym NWZ oraz 19,19 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce.

for 17 February 2025

The Management Board of CI Games SE with a registered office in Warsaw

(the "Company") hereby informs that at the Extraordinary

General Meeting of the Company convened on 17 February 2025 ("EGM")

the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:

1.Mr. Marek Tymiński, who held 56 102 130 votes at the EGM based on 56

102 130 shares held. This constituted 60,5 % of the number of votes at

that EGM and 29,40 % of the total number of votes in the Company;

2.ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in

Luxembourg, who held 36 618 931 votes at the EGM based on 36 618 931

shares held. This constituted 39,5 % of the number of votes at that EGM

and 19,19 % of the total number of votes in the Company.
