W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 11/2025 dotyczącego osiągnięcia porozumienia z Xtellus Capital Partners, Inc. w sprawie warunków rekomendowanego nabycia przez ten podmiot Serinus Energy plc ("Serinus", "Spółka"), które będzie realizowane w drodze układu zatwierdzonego przez sąd zgodnie z art. 125 Prawa spółek z 1991 r. obowiązującego na Wyspie Jersey ("Układ"), Kierownictwo Serinus zawiadamia, iż informacja dotycząca Układu ("Dokument Układu"), zawierająca m.in.:

- pismo przewodniczącego Rady Dyrektorów Serinus,

- pełne warunki Układu,

- uzasadnienie,

- przewidywany harmonogram najważniejszych zdarzeń,

- zawiadomienia o zwołaniu Zwołanego przez Sąd Zgromadzenia i Walnego Zgromadzenia

- oraz szczegółowe informacje na temat działań, które mają zostać podjęte przez Akcjonariuszy Serinus,
